What is a 30 Day Challenge?
Often times when people face daunting projects, they can become paralyzed, and instead of doing something – anything, to take a step towards the end goal, they do absolutely nothing. This is where 30 Day Challenges can help.
30 Day Challenges, simply put, take a goal and break it up into small actionable tasks that are performed each day. They force us a little out of our comfort zones and push us to reach goals that can, when looked at as a whole, seem very overwhelming and out of reach.
Instead of doing nothing and feeling horrible about ourselves every time we look at the disorganized and clutter filled mess that our house/life/what-have-you has become, we can see the step that we have taken towards the finish line.
Who are 30 Day Challenges For?
30 Day Challenges are great for anyone who is looking to reach a goal by breaking it up into small and manageable chunks. They are especially helpful for anyone who is routinely short on time, disorganized, overwhelmed, stressed out, and has a difficult time staying committed to goals/projects.
Just imagine how fantastic it will feel to finally walk through an organized and clutter free home, to finally get to your destination on time or even have a little time to spare (Gasp!!) because you aren’t running around looking for your keys, cell phone, diaper bag, hell let’s be honest – your children!
Imagine how proud and accomplished you will feel when you finally meet your weight loss goals or finally give an important relationship the time and energy it deserves.

How to Join a Challenge
On each challenge page there will be a sign up form to fill out in order to join. I’ll then send you a confirmation email and a free printable calendar with each day’s task.
When the challenge begins, you will receive one email per day with a short description of that days task(s) to be completed.
If you haven’t already, head on over and join the Hesitant Housewife Facebook group where we can all interact, have fun, make friends, and offer support and encouragement to stick with our challenges.
