Studies show that keeping and more importantly – regularly reflecting upon a running list of your favorite things can be a huge happiness booster. Like many of my projects, the idea for a My Favorite Things page comes from my happiness guru, Gretchen Rubin’s podcast, Happier.
For one of my 2018 goals, I will be keeping a running list of my favorite things and once a month or so, I’ll post them up for you all to see. Who knows, maybe you’ll find some new favorites of your own!
